HOW DO I KNOW IF WE WILL MAKE A GOOD MATCH?

It's true that we are among the most highly selective publishers. Of the many hundreds of proposals per year that we receive, only a small few are chosen. However, if: you have a proven record of success and excellence in the classroom and in your area of specialization; are intrigued by the possibility of transforming your teaching from a live room to an online system; and have material that is interesting and lends itself easily to visuals -- then we'd certainly be interested in hearing from you.

HOW LONG DOES THE ENTIRE PROCESS TAKE?

As with all things of high quality and value, it takes some time: usually about one calendar year from beginning to end (sometimes longer).

HOW MUCH WORK WILL I BE REQUIRED TO DO?​

While the process we have created ensures a smooth transition to each new phase of the project, we won't lie: it isn't easy to create the type of quality e-texts that we do. It takes time, patience and a great deal of communication. We certainly rely on you to provide the content, but we are experts at taking your words and augmenting it with visuals, videos, and your own voiced podcasts. So, once you have a complete (and engagingly written) text for your course, you are free to spend as little or as much time with our designers as you choose.   ​

DO YOU PUBLISH MULTI-VOLUME WORKS? 

Multi-volume works will be accepted for review but there is an even more rigorous selection process for these types of highly prestigious projects.

HOW MUCH MONEY DOES IT COST? 

YOU PAY NOTHING! We do not accept any money from authors for the production of our e-texts. In fact, in countries like Canada, many publishers require their authors to apply for an ASPP (Aid to Scholarly Publishing Program) Grant in order to help cover the cost of publication, but we do not require this for any of our selected projects.

If your project is chosen, we believe that it is a worthy project and we will cover the entire cost of development and production. Period.
